This website and its courses are operated by Zil Smart Solutions (BRN B8441574) of Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles, under the ZSS Learning brand. By using the site or a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ZSS Learning offers short, practical AI courses aimed at Seychellois professionals. Some courses are free; others are paid, either by individuals or by organisations. Each course's price and status (Available, In Production, or Planned) is shown in the catalogue.
You may use our courses for your own learning and, where you've bought an organisational licence, to train people within your organisation. You agree not to:
Free introductory courses are available to anyone, at no cost. For paid courses, the access you receive — for example access to the version you purchased — will be described at the point of purchase. Because AI tools change quickly, courses are periodically updated; significant new versions may be offered as a separate purchase or upgrade. The specific access terms for each paid course will be confirmed when paid courses launch.
Free courses: yours to learn from, freely. Paid courses: you get access to what you bought. Don't resell our materials. Full paid-access details arrive when paid courses go live.
The course content, written materials, designs, and the ZSS Learning brand belong to Zil Smart Solutions. You keep ownership of anything you create yourself while doing a course — your own prompts, notes, and work product are yours.
Our courses teach you to use third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot). We don't control those tools and aren't responsible for them. A central lesson of our teaching is that AI can be confidently wrong, so:
Our courses are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation. Always verify AI output and, for decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional. You remain responsible for what you do with what you learn.
Where a course is paid, the price, currency (typically Seychelles Rupees), and what's included will be shown before you pay. Any refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase. This section will be expanded when paid courses and a payment system go live.
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or withdraw courses, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes to people affected.
To the extent permitted by law, Zil Smart Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the courses, or from decisions you make based on AI output or course content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Seychelles courts.
