The agreement between you and ZSS Learning when you use this website and its courses. Plain language, no traps.
This website and its courses are operated by Zil Smart Solutions (BRN B8441574) of Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles, under the ZSS Learning brand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Zil Smart Solutions; "you" and "your" mean the person using ZSS Learning. By using the site or a course, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
ZSS Learning offers short, practical AI courses aimed at Seychellois professionals. Some courses are free; others are paid, either by individuals or by organisations. Each course's price and status (Available, In Production, or Planned) is shown in the catalogue.
You may use our courses for your own learning and, where you've bought an organisational licence, to train people within your organisation. You agree not to:
Free introductory courses (T1-01) are available to anyone with an account, at no cost. Paid courses give you 12 months of access from your enrolment date, matching our Fulfilment Policy. Access is a personal, non-transferable licence for a single individual — sharing your login or course access with others is not permitted.
The downloadable workbook PDF included with a course is yours to keep for personal use, including printed for your own reference. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of workbook content is not permitted.
Because AI tools change quickly, course content is periodically updated; updates during your access period are included at no extra cost. Significant new editions of a course may be offered as a separate purchase.
Most field courses recommend — but do not strictly require — completing T1-01 (free) and, where noted, T1-02 first. You can generally start any course directly if you're already comfortable with the fundamentals; the course page will tell you what's recommended.
A certificate is issued once you have completed every module in a course, including any knowledge checks it contains. Your certificate is yours to keep and use professionally — on LinkedIn, in your CV, or in a staff file. A ZSS Learning certificate is a private course-completion certificate issued by Zil Smart Solutions. It is not an accredited national or professional qualification, and does not carry certification or licensing recognised by any regulatory or professional body, unless a specific course explicitly states otherwise.
Free courses: yours to learn from, freely. Paid courses: 12 months of personal access from enrolment, plus the workbook and certificate. Don't resell our materials or share your login. Your certificate proves you finished the course — it isn't a government-recognised qualification.
The course content, written materials, designs, and the ZSS Learning brand belong to Zil Smart Solutions. You keep ownership of anything you create yourself while doing a course — your own prompts, notes, and work product are yours. Screenshots and short excerpts may be shared for genuine educational discussion or review, with attribution.
Our courses teach you to use third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot). We don't control those tools and aren't responsible for them. A central lesson of our teaching is that AI can be confidently wrong, so:
Our courses are educational. They are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice for your specific situation. Always verify AI output and, for decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional. You remain responsible for what you do with what you learn.
Prices are shown in Seychelles Rupees (SCR). Zil Smart Solutions is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to the listed price.
Online card payment through a secure payment gateway is coming soon. Until it goes live, paid enrolments are processed manually: after you request a course, we will send you payment instructions by email (bank transfer or cheque) and confirm your enrolment once payment has been received. We do not take card details by phone, email, or any channel other than the payment gateway once it is live.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Organisational (B2B) purchases are governed by the specific agreement signed with that organisation.
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, pause, or withdraw courses, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of significant changes to people affected.
You can close your account at any time by emailing zss-learning@zilsmartsolutions.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Termination does not automatically trigger a refund — refunds follow our Refund Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Zil Smart Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the courses, or from decisions you make based on AI output or course content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Seychelles law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be emailed to registered users. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Seychelles courts.
