How ZSS Learning handles your personal information. Written in plain language, because the whole point of one of our courses is knowing what happens to your data.
ZSS Learning is the education branch of Zil Smart Solutions (BRN B8441574), based at Anse Aux Pins, Mahé, Seychelles. In this notice, "we", "us", and "ZSS Learning" refer to Zil Smart Solutions operating under the ZSS Learning brand. If you have any question about your data, contact us at hello@zilsmart.sc.
This notice covers the ZSS Learning website and its courses. It explains what personal information we collect, why, how we look after it, and the choices you have. It does not cover other Zil Smart Solutions products, or third-party websites we link to.
We try to collect as little as possible. Right now, that means:

We do not currently run advertising trackers, sell your data, or build a marketing profile on you. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated first and your consent sought where the law requires it.
Our courses teach you to use AI tools safely — including never pasting confidential or personal data into a public AI service. In keeping with that, our own free course materials do not ask you to submit personal or business data to us. Any prompts, notes, or exercises you complete are yours to keep on your own device.
Privacy-first is a core value of ZSS Learning, not an afterthought. We would rather collect nothing than collect something we don't need. If a feature would require more of your data, we will explain exactly why before asking.
When you join a waitlist, you are giving us your consent to contact you about that course. That is the basis on which we hold your email. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see below), and we also keep a legitimate interest in running the service securely.
Waitlist information is stored using Supabase, a reputable hosted database provider, on servers located in the European Union. Access is restricted, and the database is configured so that sign-ups can only be added — not read back — from the public website. As the service grows we may use additional providers; this notice will be updated to reflect that.
We keep your waitlist email only as long as needed to tell you about the course you asked about, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If a course is cancelled or you tell us you're no longer interested, we delete your details.

The website aims to run without non-essential cookies or advertising trackers. Where a strictly necessary cookie is used to make the site function, it is used only for that purpose. If we ever introduce analytics or other cookies, we will ask for your choice first.
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the version and date at the top. For significant changes affecting people already on a waitlist, we'll aim to let you know directly.
