Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel a course enrolment before you start it. This policy sits alongside the Refund Policy — cancellation removes the enrolment; the Refund Policy determines what money comes back.
When cancellation is available
- You enrolled in a paid course but have not opened Module 1 (progress remains at 0%). Cancellation returns your enrolment to unpurchased and triggers a refund per the Refund Policy.
When cancellation is not available
- You have opened Module 1 or any subsequent module.
- 30 days have passed since your enrolment date.
- You enrolled in the free T1-01 course — there is nothing to cancel; simply stop using it.
How to cancel
Email hello@zilsmart.sc from the email address on your ZSS Learning account, including the course code and a short reason. We process cancellations within 3 business days and confirm by email.
Waitlist entries
If you joined a waitlist for a planned course (FC-04, FC-05, FC-06 or FC-07), you can be removed at any time by emailing us. There is no cost, so no refund is required.
Organisational (B2B) enrolments
Cancellation of organisational agreements follows the terms in your specific contract with Zil Smart Solutions. Refer to that document or contact us.
