Refund Policy.

ZSS Learning delivers digital courses instantly. Once a course is opened, the interactive companion, downloadable workbook and certificate are all yours. That shapes when a refund is and isn't available.
When you are entitled to a refund
- You enrolled in a paid course but have not opened Module 1 (progress remains at 0%).
- You bought the wrong course by mistake and have not opened it.
- You have not been able to access a course due to a technical fault on our end that we cannot resolve within 5 business days.
When you are not entitled to a refund
- Your progress in the course shows any completed module or downloaded workbook.
- 30 days have passed since your enrolment date, regardless of progress.
- You enrolled in the free foundational course (T1-01) — there is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@zilsmart.sc from the email address on your ZSS Learning account, including the course code (for example, FC-02) and a short reason. We reply within 3 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. If the original card is no longer valid, we will arrange an alternative — this may take longer.
Organisational (B2B) purchases
Refunds for organisational enrolments follow the terms in your specific agreement with Zil Smart Solutions. Refer to that document or contact us if you no longer have a copy.
