Fulfilment Policy.
ZSS Learning courses are digital and delivered through your web browser. This policy sets out what you get, when you get it, and what to do if something is not working.
How courses are delivered
Immediately after your payment is confirmed (typically within seconds), your ZSS Learning account is granted access to the course. You will:
- See the course listed under "My Courses" in your dashboard
- Receive a confirmation email at your registered address
- Be able to open the course from your dashboard straight away
What each enrolment includes
- The interactive course companion — module-by-module, with prompt-builders and worked examples
- A downloadable workbook PDF, branded and printable, yours to keep
- A certificate of completion, downloadable as PNG, PDF or SVG, once all modules are marked complete
- 12 months of access to the course dashboard from the date of enrolment
Access period
Your enrolment gives you 12 months of access from the date of purchase. During that time you can open the course, download materials, and re-download your certificate. Content updates during your access period are included at no extra cost. Renewal offers may be sent by email closer to expiry.
Technical requirements
- Modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge — last two years of updates)
- Internet connection (progress syncs online; downloaded materials work offline)
- Optional: a free account on ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot to complete the interactive prompt exercises
Delays and support
If you do not receive your access confirmation within 30 minutes of payment, or if your dashboard does not show the course, email hello@zilsmart.sc. We aim to respond to fulfilment issues within 1 business day.
